Toyota says its diversity initiatives are on track

Small business? Fortune 500 Company? No one is exempt from the challenges
brought on by the economic recession. Yet some companies seem to be fairing better
than others in maintaining their diversity initiatives.
Jennifer "Jae" Pi’ilani Requiro, manager of Diversity
Consulting and Inclusion Strategies at Toyota Motor Sales, USA,
Inc., shares some of the company’s innovative methods.
"Our diversity and inclusion efforts are on track," says
Requiro. "We are using strategies that seem to be working the best
for the environment."
