Session 4 of the 2009 NW Diversity Learning Series

Hidden disabilities lie beneath the surface in every generational group. What are these hidden disabilities and how do work relationships change when employees reveal them? Presenters John Dineen and Don Brandon from the Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) Northwest have a combined 30 years of experience advocating the inclusion of employees with disabilities. They will showcase how effective workplace relationships leverage the talents of people with hidden disabilities. In this morning interactive session, John and Don will share the tips and tools being deployed to engage those with hidden disabilities whose recruitment, performance or promotional opportunities may have been stifled.
